Fine-wale corduroy is softer and less bulky than the chunky kind, so this works as a shirt and as a light layer. Two chest pockets with flaps, plain matching buttons, and a curved hem that looks right worn out.
Cut on the men's pattern, relaxed, with enough room in the shoulder for a tee or a fine knit underneath.
