All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately before you confirm an order; the rates are on the shipping & returns page. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.
A reduced price is only shown against the price the same piece was sold for during the previous 30 consecutive days. We do not raise a price in order to discount it.
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, or a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will tell you and you can choose to cancel at no cost.
This site does not take payment online. The checkout produces an order reference only; no card or bank details are requested or stored.
We deliver within the UK only. Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates. The risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
FIRSTBRIT10 gives 10% off a first order. BRIT15 gives 15% off an order of £120.00 or more before shipping. One code per order. Codes do not apply to pieces already reduced, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn for future orders at any time.
You may return unworn, unwashed pieces with the inside tab attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. The steps are on the shipping & returns page.
For 1 year from delivery we will repair or replace any piece whose seams, hems, buttons, buttonholes, press-studs, ribbing or elastic fail under normal wear and the care on its label, and pay postage both ways. It does not cover the characteristics described on the product page (such as pilling, shrinkage within the stated figure, fading or creasing), damage from washing or drying contrary to the care label, snags, or ordinary wear over time.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our returns policy and guarantee are provided in addition to those rights. If a piece has a major failure, is not as described or is not fit for its purpose, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides, whatever any other part of this site says.
We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including its fabric, weight or gauge, origin and main drawbacks. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and garment-dyed or undyed pieces vary a little from one to the next.
All pieces are sold under our own name and carry no logos, printed or embroidered wordmarks or outside labels. None of them is a copy, replica or version of another brand’s design, and we do not describe any piece by reference to another brand.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one on the site when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws in force in the UK.
