Interlock is a double-knit jersey: smooth on both faces, a little more opaque than single jersey and less prone to curling at the hem. That makes it a good base layer – it lies flat under a cardigan and does not ride up.
Cut on the women's pattern with a slightly scooped crew and a body long enough to stay tucked.
