Mohair sheds for the first few wears and catches on velcro. The 8% polyamide is there so the brushed yarn does not pull apart; we list it rather than hide it.

Brushed after knitting so it has a cloudy surface, then cut long enough to cover the hip. The two corozo buttons sit low, so it closes at the waist and falls open at the chest.
The mohair in the blend gives it loft without weight: it is warmer than it looks and folds small.
