Alpaca is hollow-fibred, so it is warm for its weight, and it has a soft halo that wool alone does not. Blended 70/30 with wool, it keeps its shape better than pure alpaca.
Oversized on the women's pattern with a deep dropped shoulder and a short funnel crew that stands up slightly. Most people take their usual size.
